RESERVATION POLICY AND REQUEST:
All reservation requests are processed via email (suritravel@yahoo.com) and/or reservation form.

All reservation requests will be answered by email within 24 hours, along with reservation confirmation or notice of standby status. If your reservation is confirmed, the amount to be paid as well as the starting date of the trip will also be indicated.

Only reservations made with sufficient advance notice will be accepted.

PAYMENT:
In all cases, no service shall be provided until accounts are paid in full.

SERVICE CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations will be dealt with in the following manner:

• With three ore more days of notice: 90% refund
• With two days of notice: 70% refund
• On the day of the trip, no refund shall apply, as this will be considered a “no show.” No refund can be claimed if cancellations occur after the official start of the tour.

Note: Where Inca Trail reservations are concerned, no refund may be claimed once your reservation is confirmed, as we purchase train tickets and entry to all archaeological sites shortly after the reservation is made. Train tickets and entry tickets are not refunded under any circumstances by the institutions from which we purchase them.

PAYMENT METHOD:
Payment may be made by cash or credit card at the Suritravel office prior to the due date or by bank deposit using the bank account number provided. Payment may be made in U.S. Dollars or Peruvian Nuevos Soles (Peruvian currency) according to the most current exchange rates.
