TOUR ITINERARY

First day:
Pick up at your hotel in Arequipa: 8:00 a.m.
On with Patapampa and Vantage Point of the Andes to observe volcanoes.
Descent to the Colca Valley. Arrival at the “Tradicion Colca Lodge” in the village of Yanque.
Lunch at the Tradición Colca Lodge´s restaurant.
Discovery trek of Uyo´s archaeological site.
Hot spring bath in the village of Yanque.
Sauna and Jacuzzi at the lodge.
Folkloric show, Wititi dance and dinner.
Free table games, baby football and snooker.

Second day:
Breakfast: 6:00 a.m.
Departure to the “Condor´s Cross” Vanrage Point, to see the canyon and the condors´ flight.
Visits to villages In the Colca Valley.
Antahuilque´s Vantage Point to observe pre-Incan agricultural benched terraces.
Lunch in the town of Chivay.
Return to Arequipa and to your hotel: 6:00 p.m.

AREQUIPA AND THE COLCA CANYON 4DAYS / 3 NIGHTS

DAY 1: CITY TOUR
Transfer in and installation at the hotel. Free morning and lunch. In the afternoon,

CITY TOUR – SANTA CATALINA MONASTERY (DURATION: 3 HOURS).
Visit to the Monastery of Santa Catalina, the Main Square (Plaza de Armas), the Jesuite Company Church with its cloisters and dome, the religious compound of San Francisco, the Tristan del Pozo Mansion, San Lazarro´s traditional neighborhood, Yanahuara (Vantage point and church) and finally, we´ll go on a wonderful visit of the city´s typical districts of Carmen Alto and Yanahuara.

Lodging facilities.

DAY 2: COLCA ( 2 DAYS / 1 NIGHT) – AREQUIPA – CHIVAY
Pick up at the hotel from 7:30 to 8:00 a.m. and arrival in Chivay at 1:00 p.m., to settle at the hotel.

Lunch and then, hike for about 2 hours. Afterwards, we´ll enjoy the Calera´s thermal baths and in the evening, dinner with folkloric show.

DAY 3: CHIVAY – CRUZ DEL CONDOR – CHIVAY – AREQUIPA
6:00 a.m.: Continental breakfast.
6:30 a.m.: We´ll go to the vantage point of Cruz del Condor (Condor´s Cross); the canyon´s strategic observation spot from where we´ll be able to contemplate the condors´ spectacular flight. Return to Chivay and lunch.
1:30 p.m.: Return to the city of Arequipa.
5:00 to 6:00 p.m.: Arrival in Arequipa.

DAY 4: AREQUIPA
8:00 a.m.: Continental breakfast and transfer out at the convenient time.
